5 prepare your B-Riser

6 Upper A-Riser
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:18

7 connecting the Bottom loop with the A/B Connection and the lower pulley
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:20

8 connect like this
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:20

9 Pull as tight as you can
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:20

10. connect the A/B Connection with the upper-A and the B-riser
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:22

12 pull as tight as you can
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:22

11
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:22

13 . now it should look like this, put the B-pulley on the B-riser
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:24

14 prepare the B/C pulley
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:25

15
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:25

16 splice a loop inside the pulley
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:26

20
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:30

21 put the B/C pulley on the B-Riser
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:30

22 this part is really tight on 4mm dyneema but it fits when the loop is 3/4spliced. the thinner 1/4 (4mm) is inside the pulley.
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:32

23
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:33

24 now measure the A-Riser (5kg load) with 5mm Dyneema ist around 86,5cm
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:37

25 now load the B-Riser with 5kg load and mark it at 98cm
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:39

26 pull your B/C pulley to this 98cm mark
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:40

27 make another mark 5cm away from the 98cm mark
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:41

28 splice the rest of the B-Riser from the 98cm mark to the 93cm mark , this will create the C-Riser
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:43

29 fix the B/C pulley (red line) with the Bottom loop at 0cm. adjust it that the B Pulley is at A+12cm (for 24cm Difference between A/C) under 5kg load. here you an do also A+10cm if you want 20cm difference A/C
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:50

30 with the B/C pulley fixed on Position like on the picture before and A (86,5cm)+12 B (98,5cm) mark your C_Riser at B+12cm (110,5cm)
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:53

31 splice the C-Riser and adjust the Loop to A+24cm
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:55

this is the sewing after Picture 28 :D sew as close to the slpit point (B/C) as you can
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:57

32 sew the C-Riser
Sun, 28/9/25, 8:59

33 now you should have something like this
Sun, 28/9/25, 9:00

34 prepare the C/Brake-Line
Sun, 28/9/25, 9:01

35 connect the C/brake-Line to the downside Loop of the B/C pulley
Sun, 28/9/25, 9:03

36
Sun, 28/9/25, 9:03

37
Sun, 28/9/25, 9:03

38 pull the C/Brake-Line throu the lower pulley..
Sun, 28/9/25, 9:04

39 .. and then come out of the B/C-pulley
Sun, 28/9/25, 9:05

41 connect a rubber to the bottom
Sun, 28/9/25, 9:07

40 homemade neoprene kite riser toggle
Sun, 28/9/25, 9:07

42 put the brake toggle on the C/Brake-Line
Sun, 28/9/25, 9:08

43 measure the C (5kg load) and adjust the knot that it stops at 110,5cm
Sun, 28/9/25, 9:10

44 splice a loop to the remaining brake line
Sun, 28/9/25, 9:12

45 you can later adjust the brake line lenght on the loop , now the riser is finished
Sun, 28/9/25, 9:13

46 i like to put some hollow polyester band (20mm) to the Bottom loop , it protects the loop and looks cool ;)
Sun, 28/9/25, 9:15

47 the brake line should engage when all risers are at same height . your adjustment depends on the glider. in my case ist slightly above carabiner height
